See what is uncertain before you export
A public percentage does not tell you whether a document is right. Cortex shows what was read, proposed, contradictory or missing. You review. You validate. Only then can the file be exported to the software you already use in Switzerland.
Controls and evidence
- Detected — Read from the document (Google Cloud Vision). Not reliable on its own.
- Proposed — A suggested entry. Not a validation.
- Checked by Cortex — Numeric controls (balance, Swiss VAT, QR) run before any remedial AI.
- Contradiction — Amount, VAT or QR disagree — review it.
- Missing information — The field is absent. Cortex does not invent the value.
- Confirmed by you — A person validated it. Not “Cortex-certified”.
- Export blocked — The file is not validated. Nothing is sent to your software.
- File ready — Documents structured, entries reviewed, export allowed.
- Mandate isolated — Client files stay separated.
- Matched — Document ↔ statement link proposed (QR reference first), still to review.
Why percentages mislead
Quality depends on the document. A single public accuracy figure would be a guarantee the product cannot make.
Cortex publishes no accuracy rate. Uncertain means: re-read this field. It is not an alarm and not a certification.
Reading evidence
Extracted fields are checked against Google Cloud Vision. OCR is a component. It does not, by itself, make a figure reliable.
An honest legend
Detected, proposed, checked by Cortex, confirmed by you, contradiction, missing, export blocked: green only means what the evidence allows — never a public accuracy rate.
No invented entry is stored
An incomplete line is not persisted as an entry. A replayed treatment must not duplicate the journal.
Human validation
Nothing is sent to Crésus, WinBiz, Abacus or another format until the file is validated. Judgement stays yours or your fiduciary’s.
Isolated mandates
Client files stay separated. Cortex does not claim a ten-year archive: long-term filing stays with you.
FAQ
Does 80% mean the amount is right?
No. It is a review signal, not a certification.
Does Cortex invent missing fields?
No. Missing information stays missing.
Who is responsible for the exported entry?
You or your fiduciary. Cortex does not take the mandate.
Does “confirmed by you” mean Cortex-certified?
No. A person validated it. Cortex does not issue a certificate. During review the document stays tied to the line — that is not a ten-year archive.
