Organized Accounting is Cortex's method for turning mixed documents — invoices, receipts, statements, Swiss QR bills — into a usable accounting file. Your documents are split, renamed and numbered. Cortex then proposes entries with a VAT consistency check; uncertain cases are flagged for review, never validated alone. Once checked, you export to your usual software and keep a structured ZIP on your side. Unlike platforms that want to host all your books, Cortex complements the tool you already use and leaves the final decision to humans.
