What does Organized Accounting include?

How do I compare my volume to the quotas?
Compare the page count announced by each offer. One document can contain several pages. The selector uses 1.5 pages per document; adjust the estimate from your own files. Credit use depends on the chosen path.

89 CHF is Organized Starter (350 pages, filing, proposals and export). The firm plan is 849 CHF/month.
Is the price monthly or annual?
The Monthly or Annual selector sets the chosen period. Check the total amount to pay, the covered period and renewal terms on the payment screen before confirming.
What does the trial allow?
Sign-up gives access to 30 trial credits, with no card. The number of processable pages depends on consumption in the chosen path. The trial balance and limits are visible in your account.
Can I keep my accounting software?
Yes. Cortex prepares a file to resume in your environment. Check the export format available for your offer and test importing a small batch into your software.
How are my data processed and kept?
Documents are processed in Switzerland by four processors (Infomaniak, Google Cloud Vision, DeepL, Microsoft Azure); source documents are deleted after 48 h. Payment, e-mail and error tracking go through other providers. Read the privacy policy before depositing; keep your originals and the exports you need.
