Swiss QR-bill generator

Create a Swiss QR payment section as PDF. IBAN and reference checks, local in the browser. Not a full commercial invoice.

You need to give a Swiss customer a scannable payment section with receipt, without opening a full invoicing product. This tool builds a QR-bill PDF (SIX v2.3) in the browser: creditor, IBAN or QR-IBAN, optional amount, reference NON, SCOR or QRR. Data stays local; no payment is triggered. The check validates the IBAN check digits, the reference and their compatibility, not the existence of the account or its holder. Structured addresses in Switzerland or Liechtenstein, usual Latin characters. This is not a detailed commercial invoice, not receivables tracking and not a bank certification. Recheck creditor, account, reference and amount before sending, print at 100%, then scan the QR in the banking app. To attach the document to the file afterwards, continue to Organized Accounting. The tool replaces neither your invoicing software nor SIX advice.

How to generate a QR payment section

  1. Enter the creditor — Name, structured address and IBAN or QR-IBAN of the account holder.
  2. Choose the reference — NON or SCOR with a regular IBAN; QRR only with a QR-IBAN.
  3. Review and download — Confirm the details, generate the PDF and print it at 100%.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a full commercial invoice?
No. Only the payment section and receipt are produced. Line-item details stay elsewhere.
Does the tool confirm that the account exists?
No. It checks the IBAN check digits and the reference. No online bank lookup is performed.
What should I do with the PDF next?
Review it, print at 100% scale, then attach the document to the organised file if you are preparing the books.
